When you go to the ski resorts, (on the andes) the snow tends to be very strong to the eye senses, so you need sunglasses for your own protection

#2 Shoes
Take comfortable walking shoes (the best way to know the city, is by walking) but also buy a snow boot. In the city, they tend to be more expensive

#3 Jeans
Take all jeans possible! The city is known for its cold weather, you will feel comfortable to walk, and will not feel cold.

#4 Jackets
Bring comfortable jackets (preferably waterproof ones) that you will be able to walk all day with it, and not feel cold

Bring medication with you! Even the city being cold, makes the air be super dry, you can get sick quite easily if you don't take care of yourself.
