What to pack for Santiago
When you are to pack, you need to identify which season you will be traveling in. Santiago always tends to be colder 15 - 20 celsius, because of the andes around the city.
1#Sunglasses
When you go to the ski resorts, (on the andes) the snow tends to be very strong to the eye senses, so you need sunglasses for your own protection
#2 Shoes
Take comfortable walking shoes (the best way to know the city, is by walking) but also buy a snow boot. In the city, they tend to be more expensive
#3 Jeans
Take all jeans possible! The city is known for its cold weather, you will feel comfortable to walk, and will not feel cold.
#4 Jackets
Bring comfortable jackets (preferably waterproof ones) that you will be able to walk all day with it, and not feel cold
#5 Medication
Bring medication with you! Even the city being cold, makes the air be super dry, you can get sick quite easily if you don't take care of yourself.
